Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 large mushrooms
1 diced onion
4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. garlic
Preparation

Clean thoroughly and boil for 5 minutes 10 large mushrooms. Remove stems and boil as well.
Saute onion.
Add mushroom stems. When these are cooked add Parmesan, parsley and garlic.
Fill mushrooms.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
