Sweet Potato Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. mashed (cooked or canned) sweet potatoes
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. honey or brown sugar
    nutmeg to garnish
Preparation
    Combine sweet potatoes with 1/2 cup pineapple, salt, butter and honey or brown sugar.
    Turn into 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle top with nutmeg and garnish with remaining crushed pineapple. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
