Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cornbread mix
1/4 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. Wesson oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. grated Longhorn cheese
1 c. creamed corn
1 or 2 chopped onions
3 or 4 chopped jalapeno peppers
Preparation

Heat iron skillet or heavy baking pan with a little oil. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon meal and brown lightly.
Then add batter and bake at 400\u00b0 until browned on top, usually 20 minutes or so.
