Parmesan Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 chopped green onions
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt cream cheese and milk in a double boiler.
    Add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle on top green onions and paprika.
    Serve with sliced French bread.
