Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. banana, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. pecans, chopped
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking soda, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
    Add eggs and oil (do not beat).
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup pecans and the banana.
    Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
    Remove and cool completely.
