Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. cornmeal
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 c. cream-style corn
    2 eggs
    3 jalapeno peppers
    1 grated onion
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake in a hot, greased skillet or pan at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
