Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 16 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 lb. ground beef or sausage
    1/2 8 oz. cream cheese
    1 can Rotel diced tomatoes, drained
Preparation
    Cut cheese into squares and put in crock pot. Brown ground beef and add all ingredients and simmer on low until cheese is melted.
