Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 large cans evaporated milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. bread cubes
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar. Add rest of ingredients except bread and mix well. Spray 11 x 13-inch baking dish (or pan) with Pam. Line with bread. Sprinkle raisins on top. Pour milk mixture over bread. Let set 30 minutes. Bake for 35 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until done. Should shake like Jell-O when pan is gently shaken back and forth.
