Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oleo
    1 c. shortening
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    5 1/2 c. flour
    4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly the oleo, shortening, 3 cups sugar and eggs. Blend in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. May need to chill dough for a little while, then shape rounded teaspoonfuls into balls (whatever size you want your cookies). Then roll the balls of dough in the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Flatten a little and place about 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until set. Move immediately from baking sheet.
