Hot Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. lukewarm water or potato water
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 egg
1/4 c. shortening
6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
Preparation

Mix together water, sugar and salt.
Add yeast to water.
Stir in egg and shortening.
Then add flour until you have soft dough. I add a little sugar to yeast water.
They are real good.
