Persimmon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    1 egg
    pulp from 2 persimmons
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 c. boiled golden raisins
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Cream well the sugar and butter.
    Add egg and pulp.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Mix all together. Add in raisins and nuts.
    Mix. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
