Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    1/2 c. butter
    3 ripe bananas
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Stir on low flame sugar, water, butter and bananas (mashed) until butter melts.
    Set aside to cool.
    Beat eggs and vanilla; add to bananas.
    Sift flour, salt, baking powder and soda.
    Add to batter and stir until blended.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in a greased loaf tin.
