Mixed Lobster And Haddock - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked haddock, flaked
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. lobster meat, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients while fish is warm.
Place in refrigerator in a covered jar for at least 3 hours.
The haddock will absorb the juice and taste from the lobster.
Serve as a salad or lobster roll.
