Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 cans French-style green beans, drained well
1 can LeSueur peas, drained well
1 pkg. frozen lima beans, drained well
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained well
1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Combine the mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice.
Layer 1 cup beans, 1/2 cup peas, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/2 of the onion and 1/2 of the water chestnuts.
Spread 1/2 of the mayonnaise mixture and repeat.
Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes. Serves 8 or more.
