Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) jar Roka cheese
    1 (14 oz.) jar Old English cheese
    1 (8 oz.) brick cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. parsley
    garlic to taste
    chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients together well.
    Roll into ball or log shape.
    Roll in chopped nuts.
    Refrigerate overnight to blend all flavors.
    Serve with crackers.
    Stays well in refrigerator several weeks.
