Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    10 to 12 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can chicken gravy
    1/2 c. milk
    8 to 10 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. chicken, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    uncooked pie shell
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in oil.
    Add remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell.
    Put on top crust.
    Moisten bottom crust around edges to seal.
    Prick with fork.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
