Nacho Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 lb. Jimmy Dean bulk sausage
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel diced chiles and tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and sausage in frying pan.
    Drain off fat. In saucepan, melt the Velveeta.
    Once melted, add soup and Ro-Tel. Pour ingredients from saucepan to a crock-pot.
    Stir in meat mixture and chopped onion.
    Serve hot with tortilla chips.
