Baked Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (save juice)
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed into crumbs
Preparation

Butter shallow 9 x 13-inch dish. Mix together sugar, flour and 3 tablespoons of the drained pineapple juice (it makes a paste). Pour in casserole and spread. Place pineapple chunks on top of paste. Cover pineapple with cheese. Mix cracker crumbs with melted margarine and sprinkle on top of cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
