Potato Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. grated American cheese
    salt to taste
    2 c. cooked, mashed potatoes
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Combine cheese, salt and potatoes.
    Form into balls.
    Roll in bread crumbs.
    Dip in egg, blended with milk.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
