Small Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. chocolate chips
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Heat milk in double boiler.
    Beat eggs; add dry ingredients a small amount at a time and mix thoroughly.
    Add to heated milk; cook until thickened.
    Take off heat; add chips, butter and vanilla.
    Have ready small baked pie crust.
    Beat remaining egg whites (1 additional egg white will make more meringue); add 1 tablespoon sugar for each egg white.
    Pour chocolate mixture in pie crust; top with meringue and bake until brown in 250\u00b0 oven.
