Rice Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. margarine
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. sliced scallions
    1 garlic clove, minced
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. dry white table wine
    1 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley
    1/8 tsp. salt
    dash of white pepper
    4 oz. uncooked, regular long grain rice
    1/4 c. lite sour cream
Preparation
    In
    a 2-quart saucepan, melt margarine.
    Add mushrooms, scallions and
    garlic
    and\tsaute over medium heat until mushrooms are just tender, 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients except rice
    and sour cream and bring mixture to a boil. Add rice
    and stir to combine.
    Reduce heat to low, cover and cook until\tliquid is
    absorbed
    and rice is tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
    Stir\tin sour cream and serve immediately.
    Healthy. Makes 4 servings with 160 calories per serving.
