Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash browns or Tater Tots
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. softened margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can mushroom soup with 1/2 can water
    2 c. Velveeta, chopped
    2 c. corn flakes, crushed
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, onions, sour cream, soup, margarine and cheese together.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
    Mix cornflakes and 1/4 cup melted margarine.
    Sprinkle over potato mixture.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until brown.
