Sausage Strata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread, crusts removed
    1 lb. sausage, cooked
    1 tsp. mustard (prepared)
    3/4 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs, beaten (can add more if desired)
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with bread (may take more than six slices).
    Spread cooked, drained sausage over bread; sprinkle with cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Beat well. Pour over sausage and cheese.
    You can make the night before and refrigerate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Let sit a few minutes.
