Baked Stuffed Eggplant - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large eggplant
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. tomato paste
1/4 c. wheat germ
2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
-
Wash eggplant and cut in half lengthwise.
Carefully remove pulp, leaving 1/2-inch of the outer shell.
Dice pulp.
