Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream shortening with sugar and well beaten egg.
    Mix flour, salt and baking powder.
    Add alternately with milk (start and end with flour).
    Beat altogether until batter is creamy.
    Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
