Mammas Quick Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water, add dry ingredients; cover and let rise in warm place until double.
    Turn out onto floured surface; knead just to coat with flour; flatten to even thickness. With a round cutter, cut rolls and place onto a lightly greased pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
