Layered Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 can tomato sauce
    6 tortillas, spread with butter
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped olives
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion, add seasonings and tomato sauce.
    This may be made ahead and used when ready.
    In casserole (round) alternate layers of tortillas, sauce, olives and cheese.
    Add water, cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    May be frozen before adding water for later use.
    Serves 5 to 6.
