Vegetable Oil Pie Pastry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. skim milk
cold water (if needed)
Preparation

Combine flour and salt in a medium bowl.
Mix oil and milk together with a fork.
Add to flour and mix with hands until just mixed.
Add a little cold water if more liquid is needed.
Split dough into two balls.
Chill 10 minutes.
On a dry floured counter, press dough into a flat circle with hands.
