Scalloped Corn Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb. 1 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped pimiento (canned)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. buttered cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Heat milk and corn gradually.
    Stir in egg.
    Add next four ingredients and dash of pepper.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased 8-inch round baking dish.
    Top with buttered crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 6.
