Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. popcorn (4 poppers)
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. clear syrup
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, butter, syrup and vanilla.
    Bring to boil over medium heat.
    Remove and stir for 10 minutes.
    (Turns to light caramel color.)
    Mix together.
