Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 2/3 c. shortening (Crisco)
    1 beaten egg, in 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add egg and water and mix.
    Shape into balls and freeze or roll out and use.
    Makes about 7 crusts.
    You may re-roll or re-shape; dough doesn't get tough!
