Wagon Wheel Vegetable Platter - cooking recipe

romaine lettuce
tomatoes (yellow and red)
onions (variety)
avocados
cucumber (sticks)
celery (sticks)
radish (roses)
carrot (curls)
Preparation

Begin your platter with a bed of lettuce on a round platter. Add thick slices of tomatoes and thin slices of onion around edge of platter.
Place pieces of avocado on tomatoes.
Make spokes with raw cucumber sticks or celery sticks.
Fill center of dish with radish roses and carrot curls.
