Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/4 c. corn oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 c. pecans
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped apples

Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar, soda and salt.
Add oil and mix.
Add flour and vanilla.
Mix all together.
Add apples and pecans.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
