Cranberry Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/4 tsp. soda
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, lemon rind and soda in mixer bowl; mix well.
    Stir in margarine.
    Reserve 1 cup flour mixture. Press remaining flour mixture into 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Spread cranberry sauce over baked layer. Sprinkle with
    mixture of reserved flour mixture and pecans.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes longer or until golden brown.
    Cool. Cut into bars.
    May be frozen up to 12 months.
