Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 can tomatoes
Preparation
    Slowly cook meat, onion, celery and bell pepper until celery and onion are tender.
    Add uncooked rice and tomatoes.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Simmer about 45 minutes.
