Jellied Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 pkg. small marshmallows
    1 c. whipped cream
    1 c. finely grated cheese (sharp Cheddar)
    1 envelope Knox gelatine
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Marinate marshmallows in pineapple with juice.
    Add whipped cream and cheese.
    Moisten gelatine in cold water and dissolve in 1/4 cup hot water.
    Add to mixture, then add pecans.
    Pour into mold.
    Sprinkle some grated cheese on top and chill overnight.
