Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 to 3 c. chopped apples (Rome)
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar and eggs until creamy.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add small amounts of dry mixture to creamy mixture. Beat until smooth.
    Add vanilla.
    Fold in apples and pecans.
    (Do not use mixer.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour in greased and floured pan.
