Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage
1 1/2 cans tomato soup
1 can water
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. chopped bell peppers
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Cook
onions
and
peppers until brown in skillet.
Add meat and
brown (drain grease).
Add salt and black pepper to taste. In
long baking dish, chop cabbage.
When meat mixture is brown, add rice.
Stir well.
Pour meat mixture evenly over cabbage. Cover
with
foil.
Bake
1
hour at 350\u00b0.
Top with cheese and let melt before serving.
