Italian Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. green beans
6 Tbsp. well-flavored chicken bouillon
2 tsp. olive oil
4 canned Italian peeled tomatoes, diced (to double recipe use one 16 oz. can)
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
pinch of oregano
Preparation

Combine chicken bouillon, olive oil and diced tomatoes.
Bring to boil.
Add beans, salt, pepper and oregano.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Remove cover and continue to cook over low heat until excess moisture has evaporated and beans are tender.
