Chop Suey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. meat (stew beef, pork or venison)
2 c. celery, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 small cans bean sprouts
1 large can mushrooms
1/2 to 3/4 c. soy sauce
2 qt. water
1/2 c. water
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Brown meat. Add celery, onion, bean sprouts, mushrooms, soy sauce and water. Bring to a boil, then simmer about 3 hours. Before serving, thicken with cornstarch and water.
Serve over Minute rice or noodles.
