Ladyfingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 stick butter
    4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 tsp. cold water
Preparation
    Cream the butter with mixer.
    Add other ingredients and blend well.
    Pinch out narrow strips of dough about 3 inches long for each and place on ungreased baking sheet 1/4 inch apart.
    Bake 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    May not appear brown when ready.
    While warm, roll in extra confectioners sugar to coat entirely.
