French Garlic-Herb Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    4 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/2 garlic clove, minced
    1 heaping tsp. chives
    2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
Preparation
    Blend the first 3 ingredients.
    Mix in seasonings.
    Chill for 3 hours or overnight.
    Serve with bite-size raw vegetables or crackers.
