Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. butter
2 1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/8 c. buttermilk
3 c. flour
1 3/4 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 3/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into 3 greased and floured cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
