Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    6 boiled eggs
    1 large jar pimento (optional)
    1 medium jar sweet pickle relish
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in small diced pieces for about an hour.
    Drain while hot.
    Put in mayonnaise and salt.
    Let cool, then mix other ingredients.
    Serves 10 to 12 people.
