Pot-Roasted Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. loin end pork
    salt and pepper
    1 clove garlic, sliced
    2 medium onions, sliced
    2 bay leaves
    1 whole clove garlic
    1 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Rub pork with salt and pepper.
    Make tiny slits in meat. Insert garlic.
    Put in broiler 15 minutes.
    Place onions in bottom of crock-pot.
    Add pork and remaining ingredients.
    Cook on low for 10 hours.
