Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. from 16 oz. pkg. saltines
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 eggs
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped (dry or fresh)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. each: marjoram and nutmeg
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (golden mushroom is delicious)
    1 c. milk
    garlic salt to taste
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, cut up
Preparation
    Combine first 9 ingredients; mix well.
    By 1/4 cupfuls, shape into balls or patties.
    Heat soup, milk and garlic salt.
    Pour over patties.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    During last 10 minutes, add mushrooms.
