Mediterranean Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in bite-size pieces
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. small egg noodles, crush in pkg.
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. Minute rice
    2 (16 oz.) cans green beans, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground allspice
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 stick oleo
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Pressure cook
    round
    steak with water approximately 15 minutes; set aside.
