Chicken Livers With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon
    2 lb. chicken livers, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Fry bacon in pressure cooker; remove.
    Saute liver.
    Pour off excess drippings.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Close cover securely.
    Place regulator on vent pipe.
    Cook 5 minutes and cool pressure cooker at once.
    Crumble bacon and sprinkle over liver. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
