Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 good sized potatoes
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    1 lb. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins.
    Cool, peel and shred coarsely.
    In saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
    Add cheese and stir until almost melted.
    Remove from heat and blend in sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Mix with shredded potatoes.
    Bake in a 2-quart casserole and sprinkle with paprika for color.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
    Best if made day before and stored in refrigerator until ready to bake.
