Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
2/3 c. Wesson oil
1 small can cream-style corn
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 small can green chilies, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except for cheese.
Pour half of mixture in hot skillet.
Sprinkle half of cheese on top.
Pour rest of mixture on top of cheese.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
